Grand Café MaZ in Hotel Meyer is one of the leading restaurants of Bergen Aan Zee. The culinary highlights have been praised for years and the hospitality of the hotel is a deeply rooted tradition. Restaurant MaZ is always innovative. Under the direction of chef Maarten Koklman, who for twelve years has led the Carlton Square Group and specialises in French-Mediterranean seasonal cuisine, the dishes are a delight for the palate. Guests who, due to diabetes or intolerances, do not eat certain foods or have to follow a diet can also enjoy the delicacies of Martin and his team.
